Kontraindikationen
Eine Teilnahme an einer transformativen Atemsession kommt für dich nicht oder nur nach ärztlicher Rücksprache in Frage, wenn eine der folgenden Konditionen vorliegt oder in der Vergangenheit vorlag:
- Schweres Asthma
- Grüner Star / Glaukom
- Herz-Kreislauf-System
- Schwere Herzerkrankungen
- Stark erhöhter Blutdruck
- Schlaganfälle in der Vergangenheit
- Psychische Erkrankungen
- Schizophrenie
- Bipolare Störung
- Borderline
- Andere Zustände mit Risiko für eine Psychose
- Epilepsie
- Schwere Diabetes
- Schwangerschaft
- Osteoporose
- Akute körperliche Verletzungen
- Akute Atemwegsinfektionen
Die Teilnahme an einer Transformativen Atemsession ersetzt keinen Arztbesuch, kein Therapiegespräch und keine Medikamente. Sie setzt eine normale körperliche und seelische Belastbarkeit voraus. Im Zweifel ist immer ein Arzt oder Psychotherapeut heranzuziehen.
Teilnehmer:innen tragen die volle Verantwortung für sich und haften bei Schäden selbst.
Contraindications
Participation in a transformative breathing session is not an option for you, or only after medical consultation, if one of the following conditions is present or has been present in the past:
- Severe asthma
- Glaucoma
- Cardiovascular system
- Severe heart disease
- Severely elevated blood pressure
- Strokes in the past
- Mental illnesses
- Schizophrenia
- Bipolar disorder
- Borderline
- Other conditions at risk of psychosis
- Epilepsy
- Severe diabetes
- Pregnancy
- Osteoporosis
- Acute physical injuries
- Acute respiratory infections
Participation in a Transformative Breathing Session does not replace a visit to the doctor, a therapy session or medication. It requires a normal physical and mental resilience. In case of doubt, always consult a doctor or psychotherapist.
